This 2,025 sq. ft. executive house located in Richmond, has 3 baths, 6 bedrooms and 1 fold-out sofa bed. Comfortably accommodates 10 or more adults. Living room with LCD HD TV & a family room, dining room, two gas fireplaces. House is 90% carpet free (alergie friendly flooring). 4 car parking in the driveway and street parking is free. You will be 10 minutes from the Richmond speed skating venue, 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver, which hosts figure skating, hockey, freestyle skiing, snow boarding, and curling. Whistler is 1.5 hours north of Vancouver and will host Alpine skiing, (super-g, slalom, etc) biathlon, cross country, Nordic combined, ski jumping, bobsleigh, luge, & skeleton. We are open to a reasonable offer. Transportation deal can be negotiated as well, however, public transit is less than a 1/4 block away. Additional pictures available upon request.
